Welcome to Everything Croton, a collection of all things Croton -- our history, our homes, our issues, our businesses, our schools -- in short, EVERYTHING CROTON.
We've been hearing about the "Croton Totem Pole" for years--and now we know the back story, circa early 1970's, click on the scans. Why it was Croton's Cub Scout Pack 28 of course.
Fast forwarding to 2013--this is just a reminder that Cub Scout Pack 28 is still selling Trail's End popcorn as part of their ongoing fundraiser; 70% of the popcorn sales go directly to local scouting. The Holy Name of Mary pack will use these funds to offset the cost of activities, training, summer camps, etc.
Find them at the church after masses on Sunday 10/6. Last date to order is 10/20. Or you can contact Marie Considine at 271-0054.
